What this looks like

Drive the surge. Keep the margin.

We miss you

If they haven’t been in 60 days, they get a we-miss-you. Not 20% off the whole store.

Exclusive offer

Most people pay full price that day. A few get the exclusive offer. Everybody else isn’t spammed.

Most pay full price

Ten people walk in. Three had an offer because they weren’t going to come. Seven still pay full price. Customers learn to expect full price. A deal is a rare occasion.

A filter or a segment is what creates the surge. A secret sale or an exclusive offer brings people in. A storewide sale gives away the margin and the profit. Walk-ins still pay full price.

1:1 automations hit the right person with the right message so they come in extra. Regulars never get those. They keep earning points and pay full price.

The software

Pick the one you already run.

Smoke shops · restaurants

FiveStars

Already on FiveStars.

The regular who hasn’t been in 60 days gets a we-miss-you. Who comes in, who spends, who hasn’t been back.

Cafes · restaurants

TapMango

In-store plus your own online ordering.

A drink or family pack that only shows in the cafe’s own app and online ordering. No third-party cut of the sale.

Toy · gift · clothing

OneShop

In-store plus Shopify if you sell online.

People who already buy a brand — a Star Wars trade, a Free People drop, a limited color — get that exclusive deal. Not a blast to everyone.

From the floor

They already had the software. Then Luke ran it.

I use TapMango. The messages that went out to customers helped. I am shocked. I wish I knew this a little earlier.

I use OneShop. I just had my first customer come in and redeem her welcome back offer.

How it works

We take it from here.

1

First meeting

45 minutes. We look at what you already have on, what you want, what you expect.

2

Who gets it

The secret sale goes to a slice of the list. Not everybody.

3

We send it

I build it. You say yes. Then it goes out.

4

Each month

What brought people in, what worked. One round of changes.

Fit

This is for the owner who likes what the software can do, and doesn’t have the time or the patience to run it.

You already pay the monthly software fee. I take over the texts, the emails, and the offers so the next visit isn’t left to chance. You keep the store. I do the sending. Margin stays intact.

This is not weekly strategy calls, a new register, or a giant agency. If you need those, say so. We’ll point you the right way instead of turning this into something it isn’t.

FAQ

Straight answers.

Why $99, $249, $499, and $999?

Prices follow the work each month, not a ranking of the software. FiveStars starts at $99 because the job is targeted texts and emails plus the ones that already run. TapMango and OneShop start at $249 because we also set up the automatic follow-ups in the first 30 days, and there’s more we can brand as the shop.

$499 and $999 are more stores, and a bigger job: TapMango is your own online ordering and app-only offers. OneShop is longer automatic follow-ups and more complex offers. FiveStars does not have a $999 plan. Every plan: one 45-minute first meeting, then one short check-in a month. 90 days to start.

What if I have more than one location?

Plan 1 is the same offers at every store, two sends a month. Fine for 1–2 shops. Plan 2 is four sends a month, split across your stores, and offers can differ by shop. Plan 3 is each store on its own, plus a quarterly look at which store is behind. A 2-store owner can stay on plan 1. A 4-store owner who wants that extra depth can go to plan 3.

Do I have to change software?

No. We work in what you already run. Switching is a different conversation, and only if what you have truly cannot do the job.

Is this just discounts?

No. A secret sale or an exclusive offer drives a surge. A storewide sale can wipe out the margin and the profit. Customers learn to expect full price. A discount is a rare occasion, not every Tuesday.

How many meetings?

The first one is 45 minutes. After that, one 20-minute check-in a month. If you need an extra 60-minute Zoom, that is $150 on every plan.

Will you keep adding new follow-ups?

No. On TapMango and OneShop we set up the automatic follow-ups in the first 30 days, keep them running, and can update them once a quarter if needed. We do not add a new one every month. FiveStars is the texts and emails that already run, plus the targeted sends on your plan.

Why 90 days?

One month is too soon to tell. Three months is enough to see a real pattern. After that, stay or stop. No hard feelings.

Do you come to the store?

No. The first look, the copy, the graphics, the monthly sends, and the check-in are all remote. If you need someone in the shop, that is a different kind of help.
